Hello! We’re Pearl and Cruze.

If you’re a Waikanae Beach local you may have seen us around, usually at Olde Beach Bakery with our son Atlas, and Rocket our Boston Terrier. If you’ve found us online, we’re so glad to have you here! Launching Hendrix has been a dream of ours for a long time. We aim to offer a unique range of furniture, homewares, clothing and items for the little ones that align to our values of quality and longevity, and are made mindfully. We ensure our range is made as ethically and as sustainably as possible, and the artists who made them are being well supported. We believe we can no-longer live in a world of fast trends, and we hope you can find something at Hendrix that you love and treasure for years to come. 

Our store is only seconds from the beach, featuring a collection of local and international brands that help you enjoy an elevated coastal lifestyle. Whether you’re in an inner city apartment, or moments from the sea, we want you to feel like coming home is always a holiday.
